1. Accounts and Identity Verification

To ensure the utmost app security and player safety, KKPoker takes its responsibility to complete customer verifications seriously. Therefore, all players must complete various ID verification levels to access in-app features such as deposit and withdrawal operations.

ID verification processes are also part of our legal and regulatory requirements. We are obligated to ensure all customers are aged 18 or over and ensure all identities are genuine. Completing the ID verifications helps ensure online gaming safety for yourself and the whole KKPoker community.

After registering your KKPoker Account, please follow the following steps to verify your identity, in order to explore KKPoker. To start the ID Verification process, and access the KKPoker features, follow the simple steps below.

Open the KKPoker app and select ‘Profile’ > ‘Verification’.

1.1 Level 1 Verification - Basic Info

In Level 1, please upload your basic information such as name(s), photo ID No., date of birth, home address and city. You will also be required to provide a valid email address, which will be linked to your account.

The personal information you provide in Level 1 will also be used as a reference point during Level 2 verification. Please ensure your information is true and accurate; otherwise, your cashier options could be later restricted.

( Note: Players can later change their linked email via the in-app verification page )

1.2 Level 2 Verification - Photo ID

Level 2 verification requires you to upload a valid Photo ID. Depending on your location, this can include/be limited to passport, driver's licence, or national ID card.

Verification can take up to 48 hours to be reviewed.

Please ensure you do not upload expired, cutout, blurry, or handwritten ID documents, as doing so may result in ID verification being rejected.

All images must be smaller than 15MB and saved in ‘.JPG’, ‘.JPEG’, or ‘.PNG’ format.

1.4 Status of ID Verification

There is four ID Verification status, as referenced below:

Not Set - No information has been provided.

Uploaded - Information has been successfully provided and is being reviewed. Rejected - Information has been reviewed but was rejected.

Verified - Information has been reviewed and was accepted.

Players will receive in-app notifications to update them on their Level 2 verification process.

2. Deposit and Withdrawal

2.1 Safe and Secure Deposits and Withdrawals

KKPoker has an unwavering commitment to the safety and security of player funds.

KKPoker is operated under a sub-license issued by the Curacao eGaming.

Player balances are kept in segregated accounts and not used for operational expenses - ensuring that player funds are always available for withdrawal as per our banking and security procedures.

2.2 How to Deposit on KKPoker

Log in to your KKPoker Account.

Go to "Profile", and select the "Deposit" tab.

The cashier will then present all available deposit options for your location. (a player should have uploaded Lv.1 basic information)

Deposited funds will be credited to accounts once a receipt of authorization is confirmed from a bank or third-party payment processor.

2.3 General Deposit Policy

Minimum deposit amount is US$20 for most cashier options.

Maximum deposit amount is US$10,000.

The funding of more than one player account using the same source of deposit is prohibited.

If one or more of your deposits are reversed or charged back, that account will be suspended.

Account deposits may require detail/documentation verification regarding anti-money laundering rules and regulations, and/or other obligations, policies or procedures.

From time to time, we may ask you to provide proof of funds source.

Failure to cooperate in any necessary deposit matters may result in account suspension or termination.

It is the responsibility of account holders to retain copies of transaction records.

It is the responsibility of account holders to maintain sufficient funds concerning bet stakes.

We reserve the right to void any bet which may be inadvertently accepted if your account does not have sufficient funds to cover the whole of the bet and/or to recover the amount of any shortfall.

No interest is payable on deposits.

These values are revised regularly and may be subject to change depending on our processing costs.

( Note: The prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing and the promotion of socially responsible gambling are important priorities in our business and the subject of regulatory requirements. )

2.4 Important Deposit Information

Please contact us if any changes are made to your personal/card details. Failure to do so may result in your deposit being declined by your bank or third-party payment processor.

If your bank card is stolen, as well as informing your bank, you must inform us as soon as you become aware.

If you or your bank advise us that your card has been lost or stolen, no further bets will be accepted on your account until you contact us with further instructions.

While KKPoker shall take all reasonable steps to avoid mistakes, outside of where we are negligent, we cannot accept any responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions regarding lodgments to accounts.

Should funds be credited incorrectly, it is the players' responsibility to notify us without delay, and we shall endeavour to rectify such error.

2.5 How to Make a KKPoker Withdrawal Request

(For Level 2 verified players only)

Log in to your KKPoker Account.

Visit "Profile" tab.

Select the "Withdrawal" button and input the amount (no greater than that of transfer/withdrawal limit) you would like to withdraw, then choose "Submit".

Review the on-screen information carefully before you complete your withdrawal request.

KKPoker cannot guarantee that your withdrawal will be processed exactly as described, as this estimation does not take into account any temporary connectivity problems with outside processors or any issues pertaining to accounts outside of our control.

An email notification from us will be sent to you confirming how your withdrawal request will be processed.

Please refer to your confirmation email after making a withdrawal request to confirm how your funds would be processed.

2.6 General Withdrawal Policy

Minimum withdrawal amount is US$20 for most cashier options.

Maximum withdrawal amount varies depending on what payment method you use.

Withdrawals will only be made available to accounts that have made at least one successful deposit directly from the account owner.

All withdrawals are subject to internal checks.

Players can request no more than 3 withdrawals in any 7-day period.

Once a withdrawal is requested, it will be pending for 24 hours before being processed.

Provided that you have sent the relevant identification documents, all e-wallet withdrawals take no more than 24 hours, whilst card withdrawals can take between 2-5 business days depending on the bank.

(Note: Please note that withdrawals may not be processed back to the previously used deposit methods in some instances.)

Whilst we will try to accommodate players' preferred payment method, the payment methods offered are at our sole discretion.

Withdrawals are generally processed back to the method(s) first used to deposit.

Withdrawals are then applied to players' oldest deposit first and most recent deposit last.

When applying withdrawals back to previous deposits, funds are converted to the currency players' previous deposits were processed in.

(Note: For withdrawals with relatively large amounts, we may split the amount into smaller withdrawals to facilitate the request.)

Withdrawal requests may be subject to a request for further explanations and/or supporting documents, such as player identification, payment method, source of funds or wealth, and/or any further necessary information we see fit to satisfy our legal obligations and regulatory requirements.

We apologize if our withdrawal policy causes any inconvenience; however, this is a security feature designed to protect our players against fraud. It ensures that no one can profit from the misuse of another's account.

2.7 Additional Withdrawal Information

All withdrawals go through an internal audit process to ensure that fraud prevention, anti-money laundering, countering the financing of terrorism, plus other legal obligations and regulatory requirements are met.

Withdrawal processing time depends on the previous deposit methods used and whether additional information is required.

In some instances, additional information may be required for a withdrawal to be processed.

From time to time, it may also be necessary to withhold player winnings until the completion of game play or fraud reviews, which are routinely carried out to ensure our games' integrity.

We reserve the right to delay and/or stop the withdrawal request processing until we are satisfied that our legal obligations and regulatory requirements have been properly observed.

We are under no obligation to refund any amount that the account holder cancelled and subsequently used, lost or transferred.

We will not be liable and will not compensate for any fluctuations of currency values from the point of request to transaction completion time.

3. Promotions and Bonuses

3.1 The duration, as well as the final date for entry into each Promotion (as defined in the “General Terms and Conditions of KKPoker Promotions”), any limit on the number of entries (per User and/or in general) we will accept before closing the Promotion, any relevant entry fee, the specific instructions for a valid participation in each Promotion, a description of each prize ("Prize") or reward on offer ("Gift") and details on how winner(s) will be selected, will be set out in the special terms that will be displayed for each Promotion on our Site.

3.2 For the avoidance of doubt, Prizes, Gifts and/or all other items, which may be given away as part of the Promotion, are non-transferable and non-refundable, and shall not be given, assigned, sold to or exchanged with any other person(s).

3.3 We shall be entitled, acting reasonably, to provide a cash alternative for any Prize or Gift, including where the original Prize or Gift is unavailable or in circumstances where providing the Prize or Gift would pose an excessive financial or logistical burden on us. You will not have the right to require payment of a cash alternative unless we agree otherwise. The cash value of each Prize or Gift (to the extent that we agree to make such cash alternative available in any given Promotion) will be specified in the special terms and conditions of the promotion.

3.4 Unless otherwise stated in the special terms and conditions of a specific Promotion, winners of Prizes/Gifts will be notified within 30 (thirty) days from winning by way of notification on KKPoker, phone, email or other form of communication, as may be stipulated for each Promotion in the special terms and conditions. It is each your responsibility to ensure that the contact details and email address contained in your KKPoker Account and those contact details that they may have declared when entering into a Promotion and/or during the Promotion are valid and correct. We will not dispatch a Prize/Gift until you have been notified of your winnings and the Prize or Gift will be credited to your KKPoker Account or posted to the address registered to your KKPoker Account (as may be applicable).

3.5 Prizes/Gifts must be claimed within 30 (thirty) days from when you are notified of your Prize/Gift unless otherwise stated in the Special Terms and/or in a notification you receive from us. If you have not claimed the Prize/Gift within this time, your Prize/Gift will be void. Void prizes may be redrawn and offered to another User or offered in another Promotion.

3.6 Following notification to you that you have won a Prize or you are entitled to receive a Gift, the Prize/Gift will be sent or made available to you no later than 90 (ninety) days following the conclusion of the Promotion, unless otherwise stated in the Special Terms. Where the Prize/Gift is to be credited to your KKPoker Account, this will be actioned as soon as practicable and in accordance with the Special Terms. Note that if an element of a Prize/Gift may relate to an event taking place at a future date, you may not be able to use the Prize/Gift or part of the Prize/Gift until such future date.

3.7 There may be additional terms and conditions imposed by the supplier of a Prize or Gift ("Third Party Rules") in order for you to claim and/or use a particular Prize or Gift, and we will not be responsible for your failure to comply with any such Third-Party Rules. In addition, you may be required to enter into a separate binding agreement with us with regards to conditions governing the Prize and/or Gift and/or the use of any element of the Prize and/or Gift. Failure to abide by such conditions may result in the forfeiture of the relevant Prize/Gift.

3.8 Winners are not entitled nor authorized in any way to commit us to enter into any contract or incur any expense or cost without our advance written acceptance of the same.

3.9 No Prize or Gift will be awarded to any User who:

3.9.1 for any reason, would not be allowed by applicable law to receive and/or use the Prize/Gift or where the supply of the Prize/Gift to that User would be unlawful; or

3.9.2 has opted out of or self-excluded from playing, participating in or receiving communications about our products or services, where the Prize or Gift in question can be won through the use of such products and services.

3.10 Any User in receipt of a Prize/Gift as part of any Promotion bears sole responsibility for all duties, taxes or charges that may be payable to any relevant authority, whether applied as a withholding tax from the payment of Prize/Gift or as tax in respect of the receipt of the Prize/Gift, in accordance with applicable laws. If we are required to withhold tax from the Prize/Gift, the amount you receive may be less than the advertised Prize/Gift.

3.11 We reserve the right to withhold Prizes/Gifts if there is reason to suspect that a deposit is fraudulent, or that it has not been made with the intention of using it to play real money games on our Site.

3.12 We reserve the right at any time to make minor amendments or alterations to these rules and the special terms and conditions of a specific promotion to correct errors or improve their clarity and comprehension for the benefit of our players and/or Users. Furthermore but in all cases acting reasonably, we may alter these rules and the special terms and conditions of a specific promotion, as well as cancel, modify or suspend any Promotion or withdraw a Promotion for specific players and/or Users, if; (a) we reasonably believe that the Promotion is being abused by an individual or group of individuals which undermines the integrity of the Promotion; or (b) required to do so as a result of any legal or regulatory change; or (c) there are other valid reasons that prevent us from continuing the Promotion provided that the reason is sufficiently serious such as a failure of our systems or due to manifest error. Any proposed material changes to these rules and the special terms and conditions of a specific promotion will be either notified to you directly and/or published on our Site. Note that any amendment, alteration or withdrawal of a Promotion will not adversely impact Users who have already opted in to that Promotion except in cases which are beyond our control (e.g., for legal and/or regulatory reasons).

3.13 In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these rules and the special terms and conditions of a specific promotion, the latter shall prevail.
