To ensure the highest levels of demonstrable fairness for our users, the dealing sequence is random, and without any influence, and satisfies the requirement of randomness in “No Limit Hold’em”, “Pot Limit Omaha”, and “Open Face Chinese Poker”.

Our Random Number Generator (RNG) is tested and certified by an external test lab. The test lab’s game evaluation KKPoker’s “No Limit Hold'em”, “Pot Limit Omaha” and “Open Face Chinese Poker” games included (but was not necessarily limited to) the following elements to the extent necessary to evaluate the game for compliance with the requirements in the aforementioned Technical Standards: Software Version Control (Supervised Build and Install, and Gathering of Checksums), Game Payouts Evaluation (Source Code Read (Game Payouts Only)), Artwork (Graphical and Auditory Interface) (Game Payouts Only), Functionality (Game Payouts Only), Accounting, and Game Mathematics (Percentage Return-to-Player (%RTP) Calculations)).

You acknowledge that the outcome of the games on the KKPoker is defined by random number generator that randomly generates events, and you accept the outcomes of all games. If there are any discrepancies between the gaming results on your device and the results on our server, the results on our server shall be final and binding. If there are discrepancies between the information on your device and the balance on our server, the balance available on the company's server is considered as the balance on your account, and this decision shall be final and binding.
