FAQ
If I go all-in with pocket Kings, am I eligible for the jackpot?
Only players who have opted in to the Kings Jackpot before the hand is played are eligible. If opted in, the Kings Jackpot fee will be deducted directly from your wallet; no fee money will be taken from the table. Therefore, being all-in on the table will not affect your jackpot fee payment, as long as your wallet has remaining funds.
Can I win a jackpot prize if I fold pre-flop?
No, folding your hand pre-flop makes your hand ineligible.
Can I win a jackpot prize if I fold on flop, turn or river?
Yes, if you hit an eligible jackpot hand (trip Kings or quad Kings) but fold on either the flop, turn or river, you will still be eligible to win your jackpot prize.
If I have pocket Kings, hit a set (trips), but lose the hand or all opponents fold, am I still eligible?
Yes. You will receive the reward.
What happens if I have insufficient balance?
If your wallet balance is insufficient to cover the Kings Jackpot fee, no fee will be deducted, and you will not be eligible for the Kings Jackpot with that hand. The fee will be charged in later hands when sufficient funds are available in your wallet. Only players who successfully pay the Kings Jackpot fee at the start of a hand are eligible for the prize.
If I bring all my money (100BB) to the table, win some (50BB), leave the table, and return later, am I eligible?
No. When you return to the table within 30 minutes, you will still have 150BB, meaning you won’t have any remaining balance in your wallet to qualify for the jackpot. The 30-minute timer resets when you stop playing. However, this does not apply to All-in or Fold (AOF) tables.
Can I win two jackpots during “Run It Multi-Times”?
No. In a “Run It Multi-Times” scenario, only the first run is eligible for the Kings Jackpot.
What about in Double Board scenario?
During a Double Board scenario, only the top board can trigger a Kings Jackpot. The bottom board will not qualify, even if a Kings Jackpot Hand is made.
I opted into the Cooler Jackpot, am I eligible to win on the Kings Jackpot?
Cooler Jackpot and Kings Jackpot are independent jackpots. Therefore, you must opt in to each jackpot separately to be eligible for those relevant jackpot rewards.
